Text: Johnnie Skirts home at Stone Lagoon caught on fire last Wednesday and was destroyed. Pat Grazli of the Red Hen saw smoke and upon investigation, found the shake house ablaze. He helped Skirt save a few belongings. Skirt has resided on a homestead for over 30 years. The homestead is now part of Dry Lagoon State Park. Skirt was working but realized too late that the roof was on fire.
