Text: Members of the Klamath River Conserv Comm. of the CA State Legisl. announced they would recommend to the 1931 session of the legisl. that commercial fishing & canning ops on the Klamath be discontinued. In addition they inspected the Big Lagoon because the state is contemplating establishment of a waterfowl refuge in that district.
