The lot for the new Union Labor Hospital has been cleared so actual construction should begin in a couple of weeks. The Board of Directors of the Hospital Ascension meets a week from Sunday. The site commands a view of the City and the bay and has one of the highest elevations in the city. Stumps had to be blasted off the site.
