Del Norte RW Tract to Perpetuate Memory of F.D. Stout" Members of the Stout family have donated a 44 acre grave of Redwood's at the mouth of Mill Creek on the Smith River on the highway to Grants Pass - to the state of CA in memory of F.D. Stout, previous president of the Del Norte Lumber Company.
