Text: Fred Lundblade and Bob Bornum have offered 125 acres of bottomland at the south end of F street as a gift to the City of Eureka for a golf course. Fred and Bob own a total of 320 acres there & plan to build 650 homes sites. The land was formerly the Campton Ranch which was annexed by the City last year. The ranch was logged over many years & giant stumps still remain.
