Text: E.G. Ogle had 640 acres along & on the Eel River a mile below Scotia. He began to subdivide it into pareck ranging from half acre to 20 acres. He has owned the land for 37 years. 200 acres are fertile river bottom land. PL is encouraging the development because of the demand for 100 homes. J.N. Lentell will begin surveying the land on Monday. (tomorrow)
