"Bull Creek Flat Purchased". A 13,000 acre purchase was completed by Save the Redwood League and the State Park Commission - 50/50 cost share. Save the Redwood League was formed in 1918, value greater than $3.5 million. Bought 10,000 acres from Pacific Lumber and 3000 acres from other local land owners.
