A large 300' x 50' greenhouse is under constr. of Cottage Garden at the Eden Tract east of Eureka. The conc. foundations will have a 5' high side wall. The roof is of glass. Sev. other bldgs. are already there or under constr. Local architect, E.J. Burke has drawn the plans under the personal supervision of Charles Ward. In addition, 2 more houses are soon to be erected at the Experiment Garden Nurseries at C and Huntoon. Plants growing there will be transplanted to the new High School grounds.
