Large Ad for parcels, sev. = 10 acre, for sale in the Jacoby Creek 2,437 acre tract owned by Fred. B. Barnum. The tract was originally obtained Senator Haines of Nev. via a script from President Ulysses S. Grant. For sentimental reasons, Mrs. Rose E. Haines refused to see until now. She sold it to Fred Barnum.
