Text: A letter from Mrs.Revoy, Coquille River, Oregon, dated February 8th, 1890, says this is the worst storm we've ever experienced. The water raised in 4 days 18' over the river banks. Some of the barns were seen going down the river. Bottom lands covered with trees and driftwood. Cattle dying.
