Text: Lines of the Times. Week of Aug 14, 1913. L.L. Loud of UCB came to Blue Lake on Saturday to meet with some Mad River Indians to learn of their history. During his stay he will make a trip up Mad River with one of the old Mad River Indians as a guide. His chief mission in the county is to investigate the mound on Gunther Island.
