Text: Little River Redwood company and Hammond Lumber company transferred deeds to their land & mills to the Hammond and Little River Redwood Company, Ltd. The value of the property was several million dollars worth and a mortgage for $4,250,000 was given to guarantee payment of an issue of $4,250,000 first mortgage at 5&1/2% gold bonds filed in the recorder's office yesterday.
