Text: A meeting will be held in the field at the Dennis Early Ranch on the Eel River opposite the mouth of the Van Duzen. Bank cutting occurred during the high flow last February. There is fear the Eel will join the Salt River. James Fraser of Mercer - Fraser Company will describe a method of bank protection that he saw on the Salinas River near King City.
