Mercer Fraser will send a crew of 20 men plus two large motor trucks to Fort Seward to begin work on the Railroad. They have the subcontract from Utah Construction company to install culverts and two steel bridges. The headquarters of the Mercer Fraser company will be at Fort Seward.
