Text: "Never before in the history of the oldest settlers in this (Eel) valley has the river raised been so unruly." In the spring flood of 1894 people at Table Bluff rowed their boats to Loleta and Cannibal Island. A. Renner at Pleasant Point has lost 60 acres.
