Hollonders Jewelry store on the SW corner of 4th & F has been the home for 30 yrs for the Jewelry. Within a few months a new building will be erected & ready for Montgomery Ward by Nov. 1. The building will contain 24,500 ft2. It will be one story with a basement and be made of concrete. Hollonders Jewelry moved there in 1903 from Second Street.
