Text: The new $650,000 City Hall will be officially completed on Nov. 23, 1959, according to Jerry Matson, the architect. Gerald Matson, the architect. It took 15 months to build. The former Winship High School has been used to temporarily house the city offices. The Winship High School was abandoned in 1915.
