Text: The old county hospital set on a 5 acre parcel deeded to the county by Fred Axe on April 9, 1874. William Carson conveyed some land near H on December 2, 1876 on the west side of the Axe parcel. With the completion of the new County Hospital on Harrison, these lands are no longer needed. They are to be subdivided into lots designated as the Hospital Tract and contain 2 full blocks. It is bounded by H, I, J, Trinity and Humboldt Streets. It will be sold by public auction on 4/25/92.
