Text: A new depot is being built in Arcata by NWP. It is located on the block bounded by L & K and 9th & 10th streets. A large culvert is being installed to carry the water of Preston Creek across the property. The west side has been cleared of brush. Pile are being driven for the foundation. The building will be one story with the waiting room at the corner of 10th & L.
