Text: "New Ice Plant To Be Built On Waterfront" Morris L. Hallmark, owner of Eureka Ice & Cold Storage Company, announced a new plant will be built at the foot of B street. It will be a 50 ton ice & cold storage building. Much of the equipment from their two current plants will be moved to the new building.
