Text: The North Mtn. Power Company expects to complete its powerline to Eureka from its plant on the Trinity River in about a month. Its expects to provide power to Eureka by the first of the year. The auxiliary plant in Eureka is on the marsh between X and Y streets. Piles have been driven for the foundation. The plant building will be 135' feet X 30' feet with 26' feet high walls.
