A regatta will be held on Big Lagoon on Sunday, Aug. 5th. The Eureka Motor Boat Club is sponsoring the races. Last Sunday members of the club contr. a bridge over a small slough to a point of land running out into the lagoon. Spectators will be able to drive their cars to that point where it will be possible to watch the race from their cars. (Slippery shores??)
