Text: NWP has called for bids to construct two sections of Railroad; the first is the section from Dyerville to Fort Seward. The second section is from Outlet Creek for the Covelo Bridge. Presently the railroad is under construction from Shively to Dyerville. A wagon road has been built to the Island Mtn. Tunnel heading and NWP hopes to begin boring the tunnel this coming winter. At the same time, South Pacific is perfecting its R/W north of Eureka to Crescent City.
