The old Devoy Ranch by the airport was sold to two new owners: 48 acres to Humboldt County for enlargement of Murray Field. The other 257 acres to Richard Fleisher of Scotia who heads a group of businessmen. This property has 3,600 feet of frontage along the new Burns Freeway, and is under lease to Granville L. Christian and Sons as a grade A dairy.
