Attorney John F. Quinn told members of Eureka Kiwanis they should oppose an application by Snow Mountain Water and Power Co. to divert a large portion of the Eel River. He asked them to attend the public hearing in Ukiah next Tuesday at 9 AM before the state board of public works.
