An outline for further study of the Trinity River Diversion plan was laid down at yesterday's meeting of the Del Norte, Humboldt, Trinity and Shasta counties committees at Weaverville. James Corr of the B.O.R. said his agency is obligated to make its report about June 1st, 1951. It was noted that under the national emergency war powers act the fed. gov. can proceed on the Trinity River diversion plan without state approval although the fed. gov. will not necessarily do so.
