Text: Owners of property in the gulch on D street between 8th and Grant are willing to grant the City a r/w on the condition that the city drain the property. This will allow D street to be opened through the gulch. In winter water backs up into this gulch from the adjacent property. The street sweepings will be used by the city to fill in the gulch to street grade.
