Text: Papers of incorp. were filed yesterday with the county clerk for the Warren Creek Railroad Company. The purpose of the company is to construction 6 miles of narrow gauge RR from the Warren Creek Station on the A & M River RR to Isaac Minor's granite quarry. He intends to bid for providing rock for the jetty work on Humboldt Bay. The corp will exist for 50 years.
