Place: Fortuna Big Lagoon

Text: Paul Mudgett of Fortuna was elected president of the Big Lagoon Progressive Association at the initial meeting of the group at the Patricks Pt. School. Annie McGaraghan was elected treasurer and Zelma Fronzoni was elected as secretary. Bylaws were adopted. Ernest Mitchell, attorney, gave a talk on the history of the lagoon park site and the progress and purpose of the new organization. Next meeting will be on Feb. 22.
