Text: Paving with concrete of 4th from W to Broadway, and of Broadway south from 4th to Wabash has almost been completed by the Worswick Construction Company. Next, lime dust will be spread in preparation for laying a coat of bituminous lithic surfacing. He said the concrete from Wabash south to the city limits would have to cure for 3 weeks.
