Text: The Harbor Board granted a permit to H.F. Ditty to construct a marine railway on Woodley Island at a spot you would hit if you extended the line to M Street north. The railway will be bordered by two wharfs. The railway will be 14' feet wide and 75' feet long. The land is owned by Mckay & Company. It took 2 weeks to get the permit.
