Text: A public report and permit has been issued by the Division of Real Estate for 4,200 homesites at Shelter Cave. The land will now go on sale. The master plan was approved by the B.O.S. in April. Land planner for the dev. is Jack Bevash, AIA, Los Angeles; and chief engineers are McIntire and Quiros of L.A.
