Place: Eureka dam Mad River

Text: Photo of the first water flowing over Eureka's new dam on Mad River. The new 50 foot arch dam in finally completed after 4 yrs of work. The reservoir is 4 miles long. Chief Inspector George Winzler that in a few days the 26 mile pipeline to Eureka will be flushed out. The fish ladder is the only remaining work to be done.
