Photo looking east on 4th at E St. The photo precedes 1885 and shows Chinatown. Further up 4th are the Palace stables. It was recently removed and the lot remains vacant and is owned by 13 of Amer. Their new bldg. on the site is soon to be occupied. These stables were originally known as C.D. Ricks Stables.
