The Pickwick Corp. has obtained an option for a 60 x 110 ft lot at the SE corner of 4th and E from Brizards of Arcata. They plan to move their present stage terminal bldg. on 4th to this new corner lot. The old wooden structure of 4th and E will be demolished.
