Mr. Rigby, superintendent of Pacific Lumber company, say Pacific Lumber intends to commence mill-building and lumbering operations opposite Eagle Prairie at an early day if weather permits. The company will order a Baldwin Locomotive to do service between the site of the mill on Eel River and the junction with the E.R. and Eureka railroad.
