President Skinner of the C f C announced that construction of the new federal building at 5th and H on the old Brown School lot, will begin next spring. The U.S. Gov has appropriated $130,000 of which $15,000 was for the site and $115,000 for the structure. The title to the property was only cleared after much difficulty and research.
