Text: Fulmor Road. A public landing wharf and small boat harbor for fisherman on the Eel River will be sponsored by the Ferndale Chamber of Commerce. The "tie up" will be located at the end of Fulmor Road on land owned by Liz Fuhmor. The Chamber of Commerce agreed to carry a liability & property insurance sufficient to protect the Chamber of Commerce & Liz.
