Text: The PWA completed its expert study or the feasibility of the Central Valley Project. The study was made at the request of Senator Johnson and Rep. Engle Bright. The report was forwarded to Sacramento State officials. The report concluded it was feasible and would provide flood control, navigation and salinity control in the delta.
