Text: Pioneer Humboldt Route From East will be kept up for historical value. The old Humboldt Trail which linked the Trinity Mines with Humboldt Bay is being restored after 25 years of disuse. Special metal signs have been placed at trail intersections in the Redwood and Grouse drainages. Korbel was considered the western terminus.
