Text: Jack Curlee resident engineer at Ruth Dam, said his crews will begin construction of the dam early next week. They are pouring concrete for the emergency spillway now. The HBMWD Bol expects to consider bids for the pipeline from Essex to the pulp mills next Monday. Four wells are planned to filler the water supply into Eureka, which has signed a 40 year contract, doing with two pulp mills.
