Text: Rd Foreman Charles Thurow of Blue Lake and crew have made improvements to 299 from RW Summit down to the North Fk Bridge over Mad River. The rd bed has been widened to 18' and the surface covered with crushed rock and dirt and many of the curves will be eliminated. A new bridge over the creek near Glendale has been completed.
