Text: The log pond above Orick contains 15MBF of logs. The pond is 14' feet above the elev. of the town. Redwood creek has changed the location of its channel & is eroding its bank, eroding towards the pond. The Redwood creek is eating into the foundation of the bridge over Redwood creek. If the pond dike breaks the logs would take out the bridge.
