Text: Representatives of contractor firms of San Francis arrived yesterday. They plan to submit bids for the construction of the bridge over the Eel at Fernbridge. Mr. C. G. McCarthy of the Pacific Construction Company is here; H.W. Stebbins of the S.F. Bridge Construction Company and James Fraser of Mercer-Fraser are also here. Many other contractors are expected to to submit bids.
