Text: A resolution was passed by the B.O.S opposing the application by Snow Mtn. Power and Water Company to appropriate the waters of the Eel River and J. F. Quinn was appointed by the Board to assist the D.A. to defend the County's position before the Fed Power Commission at Wash. D.C. The application asks for the diversion of 400 cfs from the river, or an equivalent of 214,000 A.F. during the year.
