Text: RFD by Andrew Genzoli. In discussing the flood he admonishes people for settling in the floodplain. In 1937 he read an article by Albert Etter. Albert said he saw mudlines on old redwoods 18' high in the Eel Valley on high ground. We need to find that 1937 article!
