Text: Bids are solicited for resurfacing 101 (8.4 miles) between Big Lagoon and Freshwater Lagoon. The work consists of placing 4" of oil-treated gravel, 20' wide. This stretch is currently being widened by the maintenance crew and begins at the north end of the Big Lagoon trestle.
