Text: B.O.S. Proceedings. The County surveyor was instructed to view ot a road from Domingo Hill to Capteown to connect up with the county road. In response to a request from the State Highway Commission, J.B. Leonard, C.E. of San Francisco, was employed to prepare plans and specs for a reinforced concrete bridge on the 101 over the Can Duzen. If the engineers report is accepted by the State board, the state will bear half the expense of building the bridge.
