Text: To get a road built from Miranda to Salmon Creek to B.O.S. involved the Road District Improvement Act of 1907. This Act provides for the bonding of the settlers composing the road district for 1/2 the cost. The balance comes from the county General Fund. The B.O.S. passed resolution to pay Henry Padgett $9,750 for the work.
