The RW Highway Assc. announced that the Calif Highway Commission has agreed to construct the highway from Patricks Creek on 199 to the Oregon line. The cooperating agencies are the U.S. Forest Service and the Bureau of Public Roads. Oregon has agreed to construct the highway from Grants pass to the Calif line.
